2026 Bush-Whacker® Flex-Wing Cutters ST-180 Elite

Built for demanding applications, the ST-180 Elite is Bush-Whacker’s premium 15-foot flex-wing brush cutter designed for rights-of-way, roadside maintenance, and government, utility, and contractor use. Based on the proven T-180 platform, it features a smooth top deck for easy cleanup and a reinforced deck and driveline built to withstand continuous, heavy-duty operation. Equipped with a 275 HP divider gearbox and 250 HP spindle gearboxes, the ST-180 Elite delivers reliable performance when cutting thick brush and vegetation up to 4" in diameter. Its flex-wing design follows uneven terrain for a consistent cut, while heavy-duty axles, solid rubber tires, and hydraulic wing lift enhance durability and ease of use. Designed for longevity and serviceability, the ST-180 Elite is a dependable solution for high-capacity mowing in tough work environments.

Features may include:

  • Heavy-duty 3/8" side skirt with full-length skid shoes
  • 8-bolt mounting on gearboxes – bolt-heads are tack-welded to bottom of deck so one person can tighten the nuts or change the gearbox.
  • Rated to cut up to 4" diameter brush.
  • Hinges 3" x 4" tubing with grease fittings.
