Model Flex-Wing Cutters

Bush-Whacker’s 20-foot Flex Wing Brush Cutter allows for more acreage cut per hour – a truly efficient machine for large jobs. Dependable and capable of cutting anything 4" and under

Features may include:

10 gauge deck.

Structural frame of the mower is 1/2" thick vertical T-Ribs.

3/8" thick sides instead of 1/4" flat steel.

Gearboxes are mounted to 1/2" plates that are welded to the 1/2" frame members.

8-bolt mounting on gearboxes boltheads are tack-welded to the bottom of deck so one man can tighten the nuts or change the gearbox.

Hinges – 3" by 4" tubing with grease fittings.

Drivetrain

Gearbox Divider: 275 hp | Spindle: 250 hp | 540 rpm or 1,000 rpm

Drive Shaft Series 6; 80-degree constant velocity main drive shaft, with Series 6 intermediate and wing driveshafts.

Clutch Three heavy-duty clutches with spring type adjustment and four friction discs.

Wheels & Tires

Tires, Rear Specification 8 treaded laminated tires standard. Independent shock absorbing system for all-wheel axles.

Construction Material Blades: 1/2" by 4" material, alloy spring steel, airlift design that free swing when encountering obstructions.

Adjustability Hydraulic: One cylinder controls height adjustments for center and wing sections. Hydraulic lift cylinders control the raising and lowering of flexible wings. The wings may be raised to 94 degrees above horizontal and lowered to 22 degrees below the horizontal cutting plane.
